PLC & Robotics Automation Engineer - Industrial Control Systems Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for programming and configuring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), such as Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500, and Allen-Bradley, to control machinery and processes. You will also integrate robotics systems, such as ABB, KUKA, and Yaskawa, to create seamless automation workflows. By leveraging your expertise in industrial control systems, you will help TCT Automation maintain its reputation for excellence in delivering tailored automation solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement PLC and robotics-based automation systems for industrial applications.
• Program and configure PLCs using industry-standard software, such as TIA Portal, Factory I/O, and Studio 5000.
• Integrate robotics systems with PLCs to create automated workflows and improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized automation solutions.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for automation systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PLC and robotics automation.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for automation systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC and robotics automation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages, such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
• Experience with industrial control systems, including Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi.
• Knowledge of robotics programming and integration with PLCs.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols, such as Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
