📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that costs remain within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and identify any cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and cost analyses to stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost management and quantity surveying.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
