In this role, you'll manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak. You'll work closely with our creative and data teams to ensure our ads are not only effective but also aligned with our brand's vision. This is a hybrid/remote role, offering flexibility while allowing you to immerse yourself in Bali's vibrant digital scene.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement ad creatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of advertising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising or related roles.
• Proficient in using ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
