📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP and other order management systems.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Verify and update order status and inventory levels in real-time.
• Resolve order-related issues and queries promptly.
• Generate and maintain detailed order reports and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation of new order processing procedures and systems.
• Monitor and improve order processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other order management software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
