📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs.
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Assist in opening and closing the bank's cash drawer.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Promote cross-selling and up-selling banking products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking software and tools such as Core Banking System, ATM, and Cash Handling System.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 kg.
