📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to align procurement strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising and buying, with a focus on retail and consumer products.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
