📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll using Workday.
• Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR functions.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
