As a Housekeeping Attendant at Far East Organization, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include cleaning and preparing guest rooms, ensuring linens are fresh and beds are made, and providing a welcoming environment for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure guest rooms are immaculate and ready for new guests.
• Inspect and restock guest rooms with fresh linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
• Prepare guest rooms for check-in by making beds, changing sheets, and ensuring all facilities are in working order.
• Assist with special requests and additional cleaning tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping supervisor to maintain and improve cleaning standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety and environmental guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and mops.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
