We are seeking an experienced Explosives Warehouse Supervisor (Mining Group Leader) to oversee our explosives storage and distribution in our Badung facility. This role is crucial to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our mining operations, and we are offering a competitive salary of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 18,000,000 per month.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that all explosives are stored, handled, and distributed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. You will work closely with the mining operations team to ensure that the explosives are available when needed, and you will be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the safe storage, handling, and distribution of explosives
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions
- Work closely with the mining operations team to ensure timely availability of explosives
- Manage inventory and ordering of explosives and related supplies
- Maintain accurate records of all explosives transactions
- Ensure the warehouse is well-organized and efficient
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in explosives storage and handling
- Certification in explosives handling and safety (e.g., IEM, IEMT, or equivalent)
- Experience in managing a team of warehouse staff
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and company policies
- Experience in inventory management and ordering
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
