📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize assembly processes for high-precision backend systems.
• Conduct process analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of components and systems.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze assembly data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to assembly line personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly engineering or a similar role.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Familiarity with assembly process optimization tools like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
