Media Teknologi Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring that sales targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and managing the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback to the team.,Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.,Knowledge of sales software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
