📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
