📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and operation of semiconductor equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures and performance issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and new equipment installations.,Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, and conduct regular safety audits.,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.,Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, with a focus on Etch/Implant processes.,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proven experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations is a plus.
