Provide friendly and professional customer service to shoppers and visitors.,Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.,Promote Watsons products and services to customers.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist with stock management and inventory control.,Stay up-to-date with Watsons products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally.,Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
