Diamond Urban Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Barista/Cashier to join our team in Lamongan. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality espresso drinks and other beverages, while also handling cashier duties to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks and other beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash drawer.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Work efficiently and accurately during peak hours to meet customer demand.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new baristas and cashiers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in barista skills is a plus.
