In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including coordinating with vendors, setting up venues, and managing event logistics.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Work closely with the catering team to ensure that food and beverage services meet the client's requirements and expectations.,Manage the event budget, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning process.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and permits required for event planning.,Experience in working with diverse client bases and understanding their unique needs.
