📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue potential property sales opportunities through various channels, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.,Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in property sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property viewings and meetings.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
