📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Training and mentoring sales staff to improve performance.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Participating in promotions, events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Knowledge of the retail industry and local market is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
