📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring managers.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
