📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate and manage logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics activities and performance to management.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on logistics procedures and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
