NOVA Indonesia is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. As a Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their training needs and develop customized learning solutions. You will also monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand training requirements and create customized learning solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses to employees.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.
  • Evaluate and assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their learning and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
