Central Gate Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our event planning team to coordinate all aspects of the banquet, from setup to cleanup. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Work with the event planning team to ensure that all banquet requirements are met.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Manage the banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and equipment usage.,Assist in the preparation of banquet menus and ensure that all food and beverage requirements are met.,Work with vendors to ensure that all banquet equipment and supplies are available and in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a Banquet Staff or in a similar role is required.,Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.,Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is required.,Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.,Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
