Dermavous Essensia Utama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and inventory control processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cosmetics and beauty manufacturing industry and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.,Lead and mentor the production planning and inventory control team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics and beauty manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management principles is a plus.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
