📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and installations.,Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operation of the health center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
