📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.,Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed.,Supervise and train junior butlers and housekeeping staff.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all guest rooms and public areas.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.,Maintain accurate records of all hotel operations and guest information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
