Lazada Partner Manager

Lazada Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Partner Manager to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our sellers and brands, driving growth and optimizing performance within our marketplace. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience for our customers.

As a Partner Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships. You'll use tools like Lazada Seller Center, Google Analytics, and other industry-standard software to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and brands to drive growth and optimize performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase seller engagement and retention.
• Monitor and analyze seller performance using tools like Lazada Seller Center and Google Analytics.
• Provide training and support to sellers to help them succeed on our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience for customers.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve seller performance and marketplace growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketplace.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or partner management role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using tools like Lazada Seller Center, Google Analytics, and other industry-standard software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
