📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in the sales process by promoting products and services to potential customers.Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other relevant documents.Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales and customer service skills.Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and the overall success of the retail store.Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Enthusiasm for retail and a passion for customer service.🛠️ Keahlian
