📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we are receiving the best possible products and services at competitive prices.,Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all staff, ensuring that everyone is working efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong background in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel is a plus.
