🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handphone Technician or similar role.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing mobile devices.
• Familiarity with a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as iFixit, UFixit, and various diagnostic software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid certification in mobile repair (e.g., Apple Certified Technician, Samsung Certified Repair Professional) is a plus.
