📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient measures to reduce utility costs.
• Provide technical support to residents and tenants regarding building systems and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Building Technician or in a related field.
• Proven expertise in maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Familiarity with building management software (e.g., FM:Builder, ServiceMax, or similar).
• Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire safety).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
