Sun Fresh Dinamis is looking for a Deputy Telemarketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, as well as promoting our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.,Promote our products and services to potential customers.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and other telemarketing tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
