As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquets and events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet venues, including decorating and arranging seating.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information and directions as needed.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure all banquet requirements are met.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Assist in the serving of food and beverages to guests during the banquet.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Help with the cleanup and breakdown of the banquet venue after the event.,Participate in team meetings and events to foster a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of event planning and management.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
