• Translate and interpret Mandarin documents, emails, and verbal communications accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating shipping operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo handling, and port operations.
• Provide support during client meetings and negotiations, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Maintain and update translation records and communication logs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in maritime logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Mandarin Chinese, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mandarin translation or interpretation.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
• Familiarity with maritime logistics and international shipping operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
