📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and guest satisfaction.,Manage the hotel's budget and financial planning to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor the hotel's management team to achieve organizational goals.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guests.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
