As an Assembly Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing assembly processes to enhance efficiency and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of components and systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and optimize assembly processes for high-precision backend systems.
Conduct process analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of components and systems.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly processes.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Monitor and analyze assembly data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and training to assembly line personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly engineering or a similar role.
Proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
Familiarity with assembly process optimization tools like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and improve processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
