📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team in the Magetan region,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability,Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team,Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role,Proven track record of success in setting and achieving sales targets,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus
