📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong project controlling expertise, with experience in managing financial projects.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
