Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top IT talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the company's technical and cultural requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews, including technical assessments, to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract passive candidates.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including various technologies and job roles.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
