As a Senior Bookkeeper & Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.,Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management and stakeholders.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with a focus on financial record-keeping and order processing.,Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus.
