Bright Easy Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Seminyak, Bali. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to manage a dynamic team from a distance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support.
• Ensure high standards of food and service quality.
• Monitor and control inventory and costs.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with remote management tools and software.
• Understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
