As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, and provide information about the company's services and facilities.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including updating and organizing office supplies.,Handle and manage mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.,Enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
