📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Train and mentor junior staff on production procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing production processes.,Strong understanding of quality control and continuous improvement principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred but not required.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
