Hokian Anggi Sate is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials at the right time and cost. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and materials as needed.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.,Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for cost savings.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
