Data Web Abadi is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
