As the Lead Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a creative and innovative approach to pastry making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and staff to ensure high standards of food safety and quality.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.,Manage the budget for the pastry department, including purchasing ingredients and supplies.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other department heads to ensure seamless food service operations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry department.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
