📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement,Reviewing financial statements, transactions, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions,Maintaining and updating audit programs and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective,Providing guidance and support to employees on internal control and compliance matters,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal control systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus
