📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage telecom projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular status meetings and reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, with a focus on telecom projects.
• Proven experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana.
• Strong understanding of telecom industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are a plus.
