📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage the pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
